Our aim is to provide a personalised and exclusive experience, our facility operates under a booking system, which allows us to manage the gym’s capacity, so you’ll never feel overcrowded or rushed during your workouts.

Our Story

K8 Fitness was born from a lifelong passion for sports, health, and fitness. Founded by Kate Dufty, I started my journey as a personal trainer in 2022, inspired by a love for helping others achieve their fitness goals.

When the opportunity came to create my own gym, I knew I wanted something different—something that stood apart from the crowded, commercialised fitness spaces. I envisioned a gym that felt personal, where members are more than just numbers, and where every individual's goals are truly valued. That vision became K8 Fitness, a place that offers a supportive, exclusive, and community-driven atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.

I wanted to design a space that caters to all fitness levels and goals, whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or pushing your limits as an experienced athlete.

My name is Kate Dufty - Founder of K8 Fitness

Hi, I’m Kate Dufty, a passionate and dedicated personal trainer, and the proud founder of K8 Fitness based in the charming village of Honeybourne. With years of experience in fitness and a genuine love for helping others achieve their goals, I’m here to empower individuals of all fitness levels to live healthier, happier lives.

At K8 Fitness, my mission is simple: to make fitness accessible, enjoyable, and tailored to you. Whether you’re just starting out, returning to exercise, or pushing towards new milestones, I create personalized training programs designed to meet your unique needs. My approach goes beyond just workouts—I’m here to support you with motivation, encouragement, and practical advice for a balanced lifestyle.

Level 2 & 3 Personal Trainer

I have the skills to design personalised fitness programs, provide one-on-one training, and guide clients through effective, safe exercise routines tailored to their individual goals.

Nutrition Advisor 

I offer guidance on healthy eating, balanced nutrition, and meal planning to help clients fuel their bodies and maximize their results.

Indo0r Cycling Instructor

Kettlebell Instructor

I lead high-energy cycling classes, using motivating routines to boost cardiovascular fitness and create a fun, engaging workout experience.

I specialize in kettlebell training, which targets multiple muscle groups, improves strength, and enhances overall endurance, using functional movements.

Group Instructor

I create dynamic, inclusive group fitness classes, focusing on teamwork, motivation, and effective exercises that cater to different fitness levels.

Suspension Training Instructor 

With expertise in suspension training, I help clients develop core strength, stability, and body control through challenging, bodyweight-based exercises.

These qualifications allow me to offer a comprehensive, well-rounded approach to fitness, ensuring each client receives the support and guidance they need to succeed.
