Yes! Members on Tier 1 can still participate in classes by paying as you go. This allows you to drop in and out whenever you like and join the classes that fit into your schedule. -
4. What equipment do we have?
We offer a wide variety of high-quality equipment to cater to all your workout needs. Our facilities include cardio machines like treadmills, rowing machines, ski ergs, and cross trainers. We also have a comprehensive selection of weights, including dumbbells ranging from 2.5kg to 25kg. For strength training and functional workouts, we provide a squat rack and a variety of functional equipment, such as wall balls and a sled. -
5. How do I book my gym slot?
Booking your gym slot is simple! Just use our online booking system through our website or mobile app. Select your preferred time and date, and you’re all set to go. You’ll receive a confirmation once your slot is reserved. -

We recommend bringing comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. Lockers are available for your convenience, so you can store your belongings securely. -
